We take your security very seriously so rest assured that your payment details are always
safe with us. We also take fraud very seriously, which is why all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and
the bank. To better protect our customers when paying online, you may see a 3D
secure security step. This depends on your bank and they may ask you to enter a
password or you may receive a security code via your email or phone.
Do you have a discount code or Padelstore.com gift card you want to pay with? Then you can enter it during each step of the ordering process.
You can enter your voucher or discount code on these pages. After entering the code, a message will appear on the screen indicating that the code has been successfully processed or will indicate why the code has not been processed.
If the discount has been processed, the amount of the discount will be deducted from the total price. The discount amount will also be shown separately.
Do you want to remove the voucher or discount code? Then click on the cross behind the code.
Please note that each discount or gift card code has specific conditions that the order must meet before the discount will be applied to the order.
Please note! Any other gift cards than the Padelstore.com gift card cannot be entered in this way but must be selected as a payment method in the last step of the checkout process.
You can use a maximum of one discount code per order.
Discount codes have a limited validity period. The discount code may be subject to certain conditions such as (for example) certain categories, products, or minimum/maximum order value.

After you have found a product you like and your size is available, you can add the desired product to your shopping cart by clicking "add cart". Once the product has been added, you will get the confirmation "Product has been added to your shopping cart" under button. You can then continue shopping for more great products, or go directly to your shopping cart to order the product.

The ordering process
Is everything OK? Click on "I want to order" to start placing your order. In the first stage of the ordering process, on the "Information" page, you will be asked to enter your address details. If you already have an account, you can log in after entering your e-mail address and your saved profile data will be filled in automatically.
If you have entered the data correctly, a green "v" will appear as confirmation. If the data have not been entered correctly, you will see a red cross and an indication of what is incorrect. Once you have entered all the details correctly, you can click on "To delivery" to make your choice of delivery method.
In the 2nd stage of the ordering process, you can choose delivery method and the related costs for that option. Once you have chosen the type of delivery, you can click "Go to payment" to proceed to the final stage of the ordering process, payment.
In the final stage of the ordering process "Payment", you can choose which method you want to pay with. You can choose from the options listed. Please note that each option contains any relevant information on additional costs .

Furthermore, you will find an overview of your order with all products and costs, plus where the order will be delivered.
If everything is correct and the payment method is selected, click on "I want to pay".
You will now continue with the payment process.

How to proceed after ordering?
Shortly after your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with your order number. We will also send you an e-mail when your shipment leaves our warehouse. In this e-mail you will receive a tracking code, so you can track your package on its way. For more information on tracking click here.
You can always check the status of your order in (your) My Account.
It may take a few minutes before you receive the confirmation email in your mailbox. They may also be blocked by the spam filter of your e-mail programme.
If you do not succeed, please contact our customer service, we will be happy to help you.
We process your order immediately so once your order has been placed, you cannot change it. This also applies to the delivery method, the delivery address or the payment method.
What can you do? As long as your item has not been shipped, you can contact us so we can try to modify or cancel the shipment and order.
Is this not possible? Then you can always return within the return period. You will be refunded after your return has been processed.
First try deleting the cookies and try again. If this does not work please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
European regulations are changing to make paying by credit card safer for you. For any
order placed after 1 January 2021, you may be asked to verify your payment with Secure. The name for this verfication method depends on the type of card you pay with. For example, there is Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check and American Express SafeKey.
What should I do?
If you haven't already done so, you need to register your payment card for 3D Secure. Most banks allow you to do this online. Check your bank's website for more information.
If you have registered for 3D Secure before or have used it before, you do not need to
register again. However, your bank may have since set up a new process to improve your payment experience. For example, some banks have specifically designed a new smartphone app. Contact your bank for more information.
To ensure that you can pay for your next order easily and securely, it is highly recommended that you set up 3D Secure for your next credit card purchase.
Once your payment method has been validated, you will be charged immediately and then receive an email informing you that your order has been successfully placed.
If your payment method could not be validated, your account will not be charged and we will send you an email to let you know that your bank or credit card provider could not authorise the amount.
Please note that even if a payment could not be authorised it may appear that Padelstore
has debited the amount, even though this is not the case. This is because some banks set aside the amount for a short time. The amount should be back in your account within 10 working days.
It is not compulsory to create an account to place an order, as you can also place an order with a guest account.
However, we do recommend creating an account so that you can find and track your order in your account after placing it.
