All standard products in the webshop that you order on working days before 10pm will be shipped that day. When the order is delivered depends on the destination country. Please find here an overview of all shipping and delivery timelines.
We also depend on the service of our shipping partners. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace code to track the shipment.
The delivery person will present the order at the delivery address. If you are not at home during the first delivery attempt, you will be notified. This can be done through a note in the letterbox, via the Track & Trace link or by e-mail.
PostNL/DHL/DPD will then let you know with one of the following 3 options where your order is:
- They will return the next day;
- The order is with the neighbours;
- Or the order is at a collection point.
Do you have the Track & Trace code of your order? Then follow the parcel online.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation. This confirmation also contains the track & trace details with which you can follow your order online.
In addition, you can find the order 'Sent' in your account under my orders. There you will also find a link to the Track & Trace of your order.
The delivery charges you are paying are depending on the country of delivery and the total value of your order. Please find here more information on the shipping costs

Have you entered a wrong address or have your plans changed? Once you have placed your order, in most cases it is not possible to change your address, but this can vary from courier to courier. Should you be able to change the address, you will find the instructions in the courier's e-mail and in the Track & Trace link.
Unfortunately it is not possible at the moment to have your order delivered to a collection point. We are working on enabling this and will add this as soon as it is available.

To use this service, you must place your order by 10pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 10pm will be dispatched on this day.
Once we ship your order from our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking link to track your package. You can also log into your account, go to your orders, and view the tracking here.

We always do our best to stick to these delivery times. However, during busy periods it may sometimes take a little longer for your order to be delivered. During technical updates, or force majeure situations such as extreme weather conditions, certain delivery services may sometimes be unavailable, or certain delivery times may have to be adjusted. We always try to limit these temporary changes as much as possible.
